Estimating Packages

Provides all the details needed for the Builder or Contractor to provide an accurate estimate of construction costs to the owner:

  • Full floor plans with extensive dimensions detail
  • Construction specifications, notes and detailing
  • Complete set of Elevations and Roof Plan, with construction material detail and dimensions
  • Full site plan showing the house on the lot, sidewalks, driveways, easements and building setback lines
  • Engineering requirements, as needed

Construction Drawings

Provides all drawings and specifications necessary to secure permits and approvals, and build the house to Owner’s desires and expectations, including:

  • Full set of construction drawings for submission to Homeowner’s Association, City of Houston, or other regulatory authority
  • Inclusion of all notes and details required for construction and permitting process.
  • Quick updates or responses to permit reviewers comments and requests
  • Has a working partnership with structural, foundation and drainage engineers who can provide stamped/signed drawings, as required by local authorities.
  • Provides AutoCad generated drawings for easy revisions, submissions to the City’s permitting process, and seamless integration with engineers and interior designers

Construction Advice and Assurance

Provides continual advice and assurance throughout the design phase, and a seamless transition to construction—easing the owner’s concern regarding schedule and other issues as the project progresses, and quickly address questions on design as they may arise during the construction process.
